I worked with Lakshmi for our taxes this year and she was outstanding!We had a more complicated tax situation this year-compared to our prior years filings. Additionally, we had a very short window to file our taxes.
Lakshmi helped make the process simple and worked hard to help us meet that deadline. They provided excellent customer service with excellent communication through the TD platform-keeping us informed each step of the process. We were able to call her directly (no phone tree!) and if she was Unable to answer, our Calls were returned quickly!

I received excellent service from Lakeline. My taxes were extremely complicated this year because I needed to file an amendment to the previous year’s return before I filed this year’s. Lakshmi was very professional, quick and provided me with updates as she went along. She was even mindful of the time difference. I received a larger refund that I ever have. Lakshmi is great, she is always a pleasure to work with.
We’ve been using her tax services for a few years, and see no need to change providers.
Given that she does taxes for both my wife and I (day time job + two businesses) it’s very convenient to have a professional like her handle everything. She is very clear on what she needs in order to file taxes for you, and is always available for any questions.
Yes, it won’t be as cheap as TurboTax but you definitely get what you pay for.

Lakshmi was such a game – changer for us this year. My husband and I both run multiple businesses and this was our first year filing our taxes as a married couple.
